I listened to and watched part of Shajarian's song (my dial-up downloading is unfortunately very slow). His voice is very soothing and the music has a very pleasant sound. I especially like the guitar-like instrument. It sounds very much like an Indian sitar or an Iraqi oud. No doubt the instruments all have a common origin. Thanks for the music! :)
